FUCK ME!

This is BRUTAL! I don't think I can provide any constructive criticism, but I will say to keep making stuff like this!

Nice selection!

A great selection! The variety is good, and most of the loops paint a good picture to me for a game. I am making art for a 16Bit game right now, so just in case the project goes anywhere, I will make sure not to forget about these loops!

Kirbyfemur responds:

Sweet, just send me a PM when if you need them or more :3

Really appropriate for madness.

Really evil sounding. I think the drums could use more unf though.

And if you still can't remember where you got the laughter, was it from this?

YouriX responds:

Yep thats where i got from. Yes the drums need little work but i cant edit it. Since its used in a flash submission.

Nice and calm.

Would be very god for a calm sort of game, maybe a gadget of some kind. Everything fits nicely and the progression is good, but maybe not good enough to keep the song going for 8 mins. 5 or 6 would have done. I've still favourited it though, as it's good background music for other stuff.

FatKidWitAJetPak responds:

It was 8 minutes because thats when I went out of a meditation state and stopped playing. It would be shorter, but the emotions behind it make it so long.

Nice

Cool sound. Needs better mastering though, the guitars were too quite and the synth drawned them out when they played together.

picklesandwichh responds:

I did intend for the synth to come out on top and for the guitars to mostly stay in the background, but I know it isn't perfectly mixed and the next thing like this will be better (:
Thanks for the review!

Sounds good.

I like the mix of classical and synth instrument you use, and the mood is really good.

On a side note, Numi: This is used in Epic Battle Fantasy, not Final Fantasy.

Pretty good.

The beat is pretty good, and the bass is interesting, I don't really like the overly fragmented sample at the beggining, but it sort of works in the song. You should try to put some more solid bass in the next one.

Damn.

The track after 00:36 is good, but the 'fairy boy' melody just ruins the begining. I think you should put it a minor key, which would instantly make it fit with the rest of the song better and would sound nice and evil.

I also think the rest of the song needs better matering, and fix the massive abscess of sound at the end.

SteakJohnson responds:

i plan on making far darker tunes this was just an expiriment lol.

and i eq on these crappy skullcandy headphones cuz thats all i can afford

Definitely needs more bass.

I can hear the potential for massive bass, but it's just lacking and depth, which is ironic.

MA3HbO responds:

You guys just don't seem to read my comments about the track.I guess i'll have to edit them a bit so that they stick out.
Gonna say it again - This track is mixed on a pair of 5$ headphones + i'm not home on my computer. Please give me Your thoughts on the structure, rather than the mastering.Anyway thanks for the review.I hope you liked the track nonetheless.
Cheers !

This is quite good!

You seem to be able to work garage band quite well (or I just don't recognise the samples). Heavy metal isn't my thing personally but with my limited experience with the genre, it seems good. You should try adjusting volumes a bit better, as you can't here much of the backing track once the main track kicks in.

MtZion responds:

Ok Thanks for the review!
maybe i might upload it again with the volume changed
but will i lose my votes and listens? Plus i'll also probably have to repost them in the contests and the collabs i already posted them in. So Maybe some other time i might make this change.
oh yeah, and you get 10 epic points for being my first reviewer.

In this world there are endless cities of polystyrene. The dead are left on park benches and looted by teenagers. Vultures and pigeons prey on unattended babies, of which there are many. Everyone is unhappy. There is nothing to read except takeaway menus.
