I like this.

It could do with some work, but you definitely have something worth improving on here. I think the stuttering vocal in the middle is a little all consuming, and it could do with some bass tones, but none the less quite good.

Pretty good.

I know it's supposed to be drumstep, but you definitely need more low tones on that bass. I think it's pretty good and has lots of potential. It just needs some better mastering.

I'm going to favourite it, so i don't forget to check for newer versions in future.

Reminding everyone that Twilight used to be cool.

Twilight Princess samples, <3

I love the strobing bassline, and the drums really drive this thing. For advice, I would say that you should either add more of the fantastic (as in fantasy, just to be clear) elements that make Chaoz what it is, or add in a crunchy sub bass. Something to drive the song in one direction.

Brilliant as always.

This sounds really epic, perfect for Abrogation. There's loads of awesome layering here, with some the strong beats I come to expect off you and the really crazy sounding synths. I love what you did with remixing MC7 and Tricky Madness here.

There's enough variation to keep the song interesting, which is great considering it's 9 minutes long!

cheshyre responds:

thank you very much!! I'm glad that you like the layering of the song. That's sometimes the hardest and most important part! 9 minutes is a long time for me, I'm happy it worked out! Thanks!!

Pretty awesome.

Both MC's were great, and the rapping was the best I'd heard from either of them. Overall I'd give it to MadFLex, the transit of property line was a real doozy and I really like his style. Gasmasq did great too though.

Well done to Delinquent for the beat as well, very nice sounding.

Sounds OK to me.

It can still be improved though. Maybe try adding in extra quite drum patterns, or a sustained synth all the ays through.

You really captured that sound.

A really greats song fora madness movie. You really nailed the synth, you just need a strong kick than the one you've got here.

It could probably do without the bells at the end though. It's allowed to be a little repetitive, as it's going to be the backdrop to a movie anyway.

Thanks for the review!
At first i thought it wouldn't fit in with the movie real well. it was kinda a rough draft of the music i guess. But I'm glad it turned out to be well fitting!

yes i agree that it needs to be longer, for i was planning for that when i uploaded it. I guess this could be called a demo for the movie.

I killed the bells ;)

I cranked the kick twice as loud; is this what you were asking for?

Brilliant.

Do you know what you've done, sexual lobster? You've provided a way for me and my friends to make small children feel uncomfortable for a combined time of 2:23 by singing about this legendary squid hunting brawnstud. Long live Fernando.

Sexual-Lobster responds:

my work here is done.

More great work.

I love the angle you came at this from. It's Drum N Bass, but in a Dubstep style. I especially like the old school drum rolls, and coupling it with that bass makes a really interesting sound.

I definitely want to see the full version!

Great game music!

It's a bit happy for my tastes, but it is still a great song, so nice work!

In this world there are endless cities of polystyrene. The dead are left on park benches and looted by teenagers. Vultures and pigeons prey on unattended babies, of which there are many. Everyone is unhappy. There is nothing to read except takeaway menus.
